We offer aftercare appointments to all patients, along with a 24/7 advice line for emergency queries. We never put pressure on our patients. Patients are given the time and space they need to make a treatment decision that feels right for them. All complaints are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. We always strive to rectify any issues quickly. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days, and provide a full response within 20 working days. Patients are encouraged to provide feedback. We ask for patient feedback through a variety of channels so we can monitor our performance and service.
